Darren Dochuk will present at 19th Annual McKinzie Symposium in KC

Darren Dochuk will present a lecture entitled, “There Will Be Oil: A Sacred History of Energy and Environment in the Modern U.S.” on Friday, February 28, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., in Kansas City, MO.

The presentation is part of the 19th Annual McKinzie Symposium, which this year will present the program, “One Nation Under God: The Politics of America’s Religious Diversity.” It takes place February 27-28, 2014,  and is co-sponsored by UMKC Bernardin Haskell Lectures Fund, the Kansas City Public Library, the UMKC Center for Midwestern Studies, the UMKC College High School Credit Partnership, and the UMKC Division of Diversity Access & Equity.
